Feeling isolated in lockdown? Concerned about something? The University’s Counselling & Mental Health team are offering evening telephone support during the current lockdown, Monday-Friday. To speak to one of the team, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and phone number and you’ll receive a phone call between 7pm and 8pm.
STAR (Support, Triage, Advise, Referral)
Not a good time for you? Don’t worry – the team offer daytime STAR appointments and you can book one by emailing email@example.com and putting the word STAR in the subject line. Don’t forget to include your name and student number.
