Lockdown Line
Feeling isolated in lockdown? Concerned about something? The University’s Counselling & Mental Health team are offering evening telephone support during the current lockdown, Monday-Friday. To speak to one of the team, email cmh@worc.ac.uk with your name and phone number and you’ll receive a phone call between 7pm and 8pm.
STAR (Support, Triage, Advise, Referral)
Not a good time for you? Don’t worry – the team offer daytime STAR appointments and you can book one by emailing firstpoint@worc.ac.uk and putting the word STAR in the subject line. Don’t forget to include your name and student number.

–>NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Healthy Minds have collated some resources on their Now We’re Talking site (scroll to the bottom of the page where is says Coronavirus and Mental Wellbeing).
–> You may also be interested in using a 24-hour text line service. You can text ‘TALKWORC’ to 85258 for confidential help and support from trained responders whenever you need it, 24/7.
