Feeling isolated in lockdown? Concerned about something? The University’s Counselling & Mental Health team are offering evening telephone support during the current lockdown, Monday-Friday. To speak to one of the team, email with your name and phone number and you’ll receive a phone call between 7pm and 8pm.  

STAR (Support, Triage, Advise, Referral)

Not a good time for you? Don’t worry  – the team offer daytime STAR appointments and you can book one by emailing and putting the word STAR in the subject line. Don’t forget to include your name and student number.
