firstpoint and the new academic year 2020/21

We hope you’re excited to return to study this year, or maybe you’re just starting your journey with us. Whatever your circumstances, we’re looking forward to welcoming you.

If you need to visit us in person, the firstpoint counter is open for enquiries from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4pm. There are some provisions in place for your safety, including social distancing, which may mean waiting times to see an adviser are extended. We would also ask you to wear a face covering if you are able to. We do appreciate your patience at this busy time of year.

Before you visit, you may find it helpful to use the firstpoint webpage where you will find the answer to many frequently asked questions.
