firstpoint will be closed from 9:00am until 12:45pm on Tuesday 30th June 2026 due to staff training.
firstpoint will then reopen until 4.00pm as per our standard opening hours.
Whilst closed, students and staff can continue to access the firstpoint webpages and firstpoint A-Z webpages, where they can find the answers to many frequently asked questions.

The PCs and study areas in the Peirson Study and Guidance Centre, alongside the Digital Services helpdesk, will remain open as usual and are accessible via the 24-hour entrance at the back of the building.
Please speak with the Security team at main reception in the Edward Elgar building if you need access adding to your ID card for out of hours entry.
