More than 80 sustainability-related activities will be taking place at the University next week as part of the annual Go Green Week.
Held in partnership with Worcester Students’ Union, Go Green Week features a host of events, from talks and practical workshops, as well as stalls and advice for those looking to make a difference and reduce their carbon footprint.
From guided bird and tree identification walks, terrarium making workshops and bird drawing workshops, to a litter pick, and a sustainable cooking class, there’s something for everyone.
There’s also a chance to see the Pets as Therapy Dogs, and lots of free giveaways at the Sustainable Living Fair, which will be in The Hangar on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lunchtime.
Plus, we will end the week with a special climate crisis panel debate – see below for further details.
View the full programme for the week and get involved.
We are also encouraging students to complete the annual travel survey to help us understand how you travel to Campus, and what might make it easier to get to/from the University. It will only take a few minutes, and you will get the chance to be entered in a prize draw for a £50 voucher for an online retailer. Complete the survey
