If you’re starting to feeling the pressure of deadlines and exams mounting, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

This week and next, plan to take a well-deserved break with our “Fancy a Break?” sessions. It’s the perfect opportunity to:

  • De-stress and recharge: Take a break from the books, unwind with some fun activities, and chat with fellow students.
  • Fuel your brain: We’ll have free hot drinks and snacks to keep you energized and focused.
  • Boost your wellbeing: Sometimes a change of pace can work wonders for your mental health!

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Relaxing activities: Coloring sheets, puzzles, and games to help you unwind and unleash your creativity.
  • Supportive space: Connect with other students and chat about anything and everything (except maybe those tricky exam questions!).
  • Expert help: Need some extra support? Our friendly Student Wellbeing team will be there to answer your questions and point you in the right direction.
