University Mental Health Day is an annual event designed to raise awareness about mental health issues within university communities.
University Mental Health Day is all about creating a campus community that prioritises student wellbeing. It’s a chance to learn about managing stress, connect with support services, and most importantly, have some fun!
Student Life Advisers, the Counselling and Mental Health team and the Student Union Advice & Guidance team will be at the main reception of St John’s campus between 11am and 2pm.
We will also be joined by Library Services’ Study Happy and Pets as Therapy dogs, for a guaranteed mood boost!

We have 50 goodie-bags to give away, as part of our “Check you Wellbeing” spinning wheel game…

…plus lots of information, conversation and hopefully have some fun!
