As you may already be aware, the current extremely heavy rainfall is causing localised flooding on the campus roads.
The Grounds and Maintenance teams are working to alleviate flooding where possible.
To facilitate this, we have temporarily closed the Severn Gate exit to allow clearing of the debris which has collected and caused the main floods.
Access through the Malvern Gate will be maintained.
At the current time, we will be allowing the buses through on their usual route and this will be monitored throughout the day.
Please take care when driving on campus and be aware of the amount of surface water, particularly when you are passing pedestrians.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this closure and assure you we are working to resolve the situation.
