Want to improve your employability and stand out from the crowd? Have a look at the new Worcester Award. This is now run at two levels, the first level involves undertaking at least 40 hours of work experience, 20 hours of activities to develop your skills, and at least one careers/employability activity. If you are already working or involved in clubs or societies, you may already be nearly there! Or why not take it a step further and aim for the Worcester Award Plus, which will involve further employability workshops and attendance at an interview panel with local employers!
