Worcester Male Voice Choir Bursary

There is an opportunity for a student to be an accompanist to the Worcester Male Voice Choir. The holder of the bursary (£900 payable in three instalments) would be expected to attend one evening a week, a Monday or a Friday from 7.30 to 9.30 and to support concerts if needed and if he or she can. The commitment would amount to at least 30 sessions in the year. You will need to be qualified to play piano at Grade 8 or equivalent, be able to prepare music to be played and to work well within the musical team of a choir. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to play in concerts locally and nationally.

Selection will be by interview and performance of a selected and a choice of piece.
