Are you a commuting student, or keeping a vehicle on site whilst staying in halls? Don’t forget to look at the university parking permit options which may offer a more cost effective way of parking whilst you study…
Permit options are offered to fit your circumstances, with options for both annual and semester permits, and further options for those living in halls, commuting from further away and even off-peak permits! Students can login to your car Parking page to view those available for their needs.
Blue Badge holders can park free of charge, but please remember to register and display a University of Worcester parking permit.
How do I buy and collect my permit?
As a registered student you can apply and pay for your student parking permit online via your MyWorc app – simply scroll down to the Car Parking thumbnail to access the Car Parking webpages and option to ‘Apply Online’.
For students, permits can now be collected from the Welfare Hub in the Accommodation village on St. John’s Campus Monday – Friday, please bring your student ID with you.
Don’t forget….
If you change your vehicle, you will need to register your new number plate. Staff and students can do this in the Permit Portal and selecting “My Permits”, and then selecting “Vehicles” from their active permit.
We are fortunate to have 1,400 car parking spaces available across all of our campuses, making it easy for you to commute by car to campus, however, even if you have a permit, we cannot guarantee access to individual spaces. Overflow parking is available on St John’s Campus during busy periods, whilst being within walking distance of Severn and City Campus.
Our Car Parking team are always on hand across all University of Worcester campuses, monitoring vehicles as they arrive to ensure our car parks are safe, accessible, and well-maintained. Their efforts help guarantee that everyone can park efficiently and that emergency vehicles can access all buildings with ease.
