AND REMEMBER….For students who are regularly commuting and facing high petrol prices, you have one more week to take advantage of the new early-adopter commuter discount for this year! If you live more than a mile from campus and purchase a full-year permit before 30 September 2026 you will pay just £100!
Blue Badge holders can park free of charge, but please remember to register and display a University of Worcester parking permit.
How do I buy and collect my permit?
As a registered student you can apply and pay for your student parking permit online via your MyWorc app – simply scroll down to the Car Parking thumbnail to access the Car Parking webpages and option to ‘Apply Online’.
For students, permits can be collected from the Facilities Reception in Hines building on St. John’s Campus Monday – Friday between 12:30-15:30, please bring your student ID with you.
Outside of these opening hours you can collect your permit from the Student Welfare Hub found near the laundry room on St. John’s Campus.
Don’t forget….
If you change your vehicle, you will need to register your new number plate. Staff and students can do this in the Permit Portal and selecting “My Permits”, and then selecting “Vehicles” from their active permit.
We are fortunate to have 1,400 car parking spaces available across all of our campuses, making it easy for you to commute by car to campus, however, even if you have a permit, we cannot guarantee access to individual spaces. Overflow parking is available on St John’s Campus during busy periods, whilst being within walking distance of Severn and City Campus.
Our Car Parking team are always on hand across all University of Worcester campuses, monitoring vehicles as they arrive to ensure our car parks are safe, accessible, and well-maintained. Their efforts help guarantee that everyone can park efficiently and that emergency vehicles can access all buildings with ease.
