Library Services would like to introduce our helpful, new virtual assistant, Chatbot.
Got a quick question about library resources or support? Chatbot can help. Simply go to the Library Services website and click on Ask the Chatbot on the right hand side of the screen. you can then choose from the helpful list of options and get straight to the resource or guidance you need.
And don’t worry, if you need a human librarian to speak to we are still available throughout the summer.
