From Monday 12th February 2024, firstpoint opening hours will change and support will be available as follows:
Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays:
- In person (Peirson Study and Guidance Centre): 10:00 – 16:30
- Telephone (01905 542551): 10:00-12:00 and 13:15-16:15
- Email (firstpoint@worc.ac.uk): as normal, emails will be responded to within 5 working days
Please be advised, these changes are due to staff shortages and so we appreciate your understanding whilst we continue to support you and answer any queries that you may have.

Please note, there may also be times where we need to close at short notice, therefore please do keep an eye on the firstpoint webpage for any updates.
The PCs and study areas in the Peirson Study and Guidance Centre remain open as normal, with access via the 24-hour entrance.
