Scanning services unavailable – 15 December

We wanted to inform you that there is currently a problem with the scanning facilities on our campus multi-function printers, meaning that these devices cannot scan files to Microsoft OneDrive or email.

This is affecting devices on all campus sites. We have escalated the problem to our 3rd party support and will restore this feature as soon as possible.

The problem is occurring intermittently, but if you experience an issue we have enabled scan to USB flash drives on Peirson Colour Multi-Function Printers (We strongly recommend using Anti-virus applications to scan any files located on flash drives before transferring them on further).
