The Accommodation Hub on the St John’s Campus is staffed from 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday – Friday, and a member of the team is normally available at City Campus during the same hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Members of the Residential Life Team staff the Accommodation Hub between 4.30pm and 8pm Monday – Friday, and from 12:00pm to 8pm at the weekend, although these hours will vary over the Christmas period:
The Accommodation Hub will be open between 12noon to 4.00pm, from 27th until 30th December 2021. Outside of these times, students should contact the University’s Security team on 01905 855000.

The Accommodation Office is open 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and they aim to answer emails by the same working day.
