The University uses the Microsoft Office 365 platform to administer student email accounts. Recent changes by Microsoft mean that the auto-forwarding capabilities of this system have now been disabled.
The auto-forwarding of University email is not recommended and Microsoft’s decision to disable this functionality is driven by security concerns. It is always recommended that you check your University email account for messages directly.
If you have setup the auto-forwarding of your University email previously and now find that messages are not reaching your University mailbox, please contact the IT Service Desk.
