Later this week we will be welcoming new students into Halls of Residence. Due to social distancing guidelines, the arrivals will be managed differently from usual and, if you are on campus this week, we need you to be aware of the following procedures which will be in place, Wednesday 9 to Saturday 12 September, inclusive.
The following car parks will be reserved for students to check in with the Accommodation Team and move into Halls:
C – Woodbury main car park;
D – Conference Centre car park;
L – Rear of Evesham/Pershore Halls;
F – Thomas Telford car park (F will be closed from this Monday evening).
Please do not park in these car parks or in any of the spaces around the Halls.
All other car parks, including our largest one at M, will be available for parking.
If arriving on St John’s Campus by car, you may be asked to show your University ID badge at the gate so please have this handy to prevent queues of cars.
