Are you interested in working with children, young people, families and communities?
Our fifth annual Meeting the Challenges of Working with Children, Young People, Families and Communities is taking place on Tuesday 5th March – open to ALL students!
Many roles with children, young people, families & communities involve dealing with an uncertain and rapidly changing environment. This conference will explore ways in which we can prepare ourselves for such an environment and even use it for our and our organisations’ benefit.
The conference will involve a number of guest speakers involved in such contexts and who will share their experiences with you in an interactive and engaging manner. You will have the chance to develop ideas and strategies for understanding, coping and thriving in such situations.
Speakers include:
Casey Bailey – UW graduate, Assistant Vice Principal, Poet, Author and Rapper
Richard Humphries – Social Care & Health Policy Analyst & Consultant, Visiting Professor at UW
& a panel of graduates!
