The Hereford and Worcester branch of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) are holding an event which will look at understanding behaviour profiles. The event will explore the benefits of behaviour profiling to understand why people that we have to deal with every day behave the way they do. This is important to improve buyer-seller and wider business relationships, but also relationships with our team, our wider colleagues throughout our organisation and even the people at home.
