This is a quick reminder that when you come back to university after the Christmas break you will be able to use our new firstpoint information, advice and guidance service located in the Peirson Study and Guidance Centre. This is your first point of contact for any enquiries you might have about student life at Worcester, whether they be about accommodation, fees and finance, registration, ID cards, disability support, study abroad, module choice…In fact anything you think the university can help with.
Also new in Peirson is the Careers and Study Skills Zone where you will be able to get information, advice and guidance to help you improve your study skills, develop your careers plans and enhance your employability. You will also find details of part-time job vacancies.
Firstpoint will be open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and from 10.00am to 5.00 pm on Tuesdays. Look out for more information over the next few weeks, when we will also be asking students what they think of the new service. Come in and have a look around, we think you will like what you see.
