Are you a final year student, submitting your Independent Study this week?
The deadline for submitting this semester is 3.00pm on Thursday 3rd May 2012.
(If you have already applied for, and been granted, an extension, then ignore this message).
Between 9am and 3pm on 3rd May, Registry staff will be available in Room WB 139 (Woodbury Building, St John’s campus) to accept Independent Studies.
If you are handing in your Study BEFORE 3rd May, please submit it to the Registry Services Student Records Office in Woodbury – opening hours 9-4 Monday to Friday.
Please ensure you bring your Independent Study Assessment Tracking Sheet with you (only one copy required), as well as TWO bound copies of your Independent Study. DO NOT bind the Tracking Sheet into your Independent Study.
BINDING INFORMATION:
This service is provided by the Students’ Union and the Library. They may require notice, and are likely to be extremely busy this week, so allow plenty of time.
SEPARATE ARRANGEMENTS:
FINE ART work should be handed in at The Garage.
ART & DESIGN students should contact their supervisor to confirm where to submit their work.
DIGITAL MEDIA work needs to be handed in directly to their supervisor.
BUSINESS and COMPUTING Independent Studies must be submitted at the St John’s campus.
PRE-REG NURSING/MIDWIFERY work should be submitted to the usual assignment box next to EE2037.
