The deadline for applying for a University Scholarship this academic year is the 1st March 2012 at 4pm.
The University runs a University Scholarship Scheme each year to assist students with participating in extra-curricular activities. You can apply for funding, up to £1000, to finance extra-curricular involvement in activities either directly related to or distinct from your course of study. Applicants should be aware that it is exceptional for the full amount applied for to be awarded. Further information can be found here and you can either download a form or you can collect a hard copy of the form from Student Records in Woodbury.
Completed forms should be handed into Student Records in Woodbury by 4pm on the 1st March 2012. Please note that you are expected to provide evidence of the costs you are hoping to cover from the fund.
All applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application by the end of March via a letter to their term time address.
The next opportunity to apply to the Scholarship Fund will be the 1st December 2012.
