The Assessment Tracking Sheet now has a Declaration and Word Count section at the bottom of the page that must be completed before handing in an assessment item – these can be completed from within the web browser.
This change has been introduced due to the expectation that students will increasingly start to receive assessment feedback electronically; module leaders may therefore suggest that submission of the Student Feedback Form (previously known as the Item Report Form) is now unnecessary.
