So here’s your opportunity to contribute your ideas to the revised Dignity at Work and Study Policy for students on:
30th April at either 12noon or 1pm, lasting approximately one hour and including a light lunch for all participants.
The dignity at work and study policy and procedure is there to ensure that all students understand they have:
- a right to be treated with dignity and respect
- a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect
- and provide a framework for dealing with unacceptable behaviour quickly and fairly in order to restore effective working/studying relationships if possible.
We’re holding two comment groups for students as follows:
Thursday, 30th April 2009, 12.00 – 1.15pm, MB2.13, this group will be facilitated by, David Antell, Vice President Education and Welfare SU
And
Thursday, 30th April 2009 1.00 – 2.15pm MB2.15, this group will be facilitated by Elizabeth Hewitt, Counsellor
Please contact me David Antell, Vice President Education and Welfare, Students Union, david.antell@worc.ac.uk, by Wednesday 29th April 2009 indicating which group you would like to attend, and any specific dietary requirements you have.
If you can’t attend but would still like to comment on the revised policy, please email me and I will ensure you receive the documentation to enable you to do this.
Many thanks for your support
