Submission date for UMS Independent Studies this semester is Thursday 7th May.
Between 9am and 4pm on that day, Registry staff will be available in Room HB6 (Hines Building) to accept Independent Studies.
[If you are handing in your Study BEFORE or AFTER the 7th May, please submit it to the Registry Services Student Records Office in Woodbury].
Please ensure you bring your Independent Study Assessment Tracking Sheet with you, as well as TWO bound copies of your Independent Study.
DO NOT bind the Tracking Sheet into your Independent Study.
You do not need an Item Report Form.
APPLYING FOR AN EXTENSION
The last date that any requests for extensions can be received is Thursday 23rd April. Your completed forms and supporting evidence should be submitted to the Registry Services Student Records Office.
