Run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, it’s the nation’s biggest annual push to get people talking openly about mental health. The whole point? To break the silence, reduce stigma, and remind everyone that a simple conversation can change lives – or at least make someone’s day a little less heavy.
Students and staff are invited to join our fortnightly birdwatching walks, starting again on Thursday, 22 January, and continuing every other Thursday throughout Semester 2.
