firstpoint will be closed for the Easter weekend, from Good Friday, 3rd April and Easter Monday, 6th April 2026.
We will reopen from 9.00am with our standard opening hours from Tuesday 7th April.
Whilst we are closed, you may find it helpful to use the firstpoint A-Z webpages, where you will find the answers to many frequently asked questions.
You can also find lots of helpful information about available support on the Student Services webpages found here, or subscribe to this blog for regular updates and information direct to your email address.
The PCs and study areas in the Peirson Study & Guidance Centre, alongside the Digital Services helpdesk, will remain open and are accessible via the 24-hour entrance at the back of the building.
Please speak with the Security team at main reception in the Edward Elgar building if you need access adding to your ID card for out of hours entry.
