Introducing the TEL Chatbot for students 

The TEL Unit sits within Library Services and supports staff and students in the use of online learning technologies, including Blackboard, Turnitin, PebblePad and Panopto.

To improve access to support from the TEL Unit a new chatbot has been launched. The chatbot is not AI-driven and doesn’t generate responses. Instead, it draws on a curated set of frequently asked questions and approved guidance from the TEL team, ensuring you receive clear, accurate and consistent information. 

It’s available 24/7 and acts as a helpful first point of contact for common TEL-related queries. The Chatbot will direct you to the TEL team if further support is needed.
