Facilities Helpdesk Updates

The University’s Facilities Helpdesk “Archibus”, is being updated on the week commencing 4th of November.

Therefore the Facilities Helpdesk (usually accessed via your student portal) will be unavailable from 7am on the 5th November until 2pm on the 6th November.

During this period, essential facilities requests can be made via email to facilities.helpdesk@worc.ac.uk or by calling 01905543344. However, the team ask that only essential requests are logged in this way during this time – if your request can be made on the 7th November onwards, please do so via the online portal once the updates have been finalised.
