Child Tax Allowance – Don’t miss out on extra cash!!
Claim deadline is 31st January
The year before Tax Credits were introduced there was a different non-means tested allowance available called the Children’s Tax Allowance for the Year 2002/3.
If you haven’t already claimed it, you can still claim this tax allowance before the 31 January 2009 deadline.
What you need to do
Phone HM Revenue & Customs on 0845 366 7884 and ask them to check whether you have already received this allowance or visit the University Welfare and Finance Advice Service website: www.worc.ac.uk/wfa/ for more information.
